Participation in Matelec Industry 2018
From November 13th to 16th we exhibited in the new edition of Matelec Industry 2018, the International Trade Show for Industrial Technology and Smart Factory, at IFEMA in Madrid.
We showed different industrial solutions for automated dispensing, adhesive, encapsulation, application of thermal conductive liquid materials, and cleaning and activation of surfaces with atmospheric plasma.
As main solutions we highlight the following ones:
Production cell LeanCNCell developed to automate dispensing operations in atmospheric conditions for small to medium-sized batches, and with a wide range of materials.
The unit has a high-precision axis controller, and it is particularly suited for applying dots, lines, sealing and potting of electronic assemblies and housings with 1D, 2D or 3D contours.
From an operational level, it uses the UPIC / UVISneo controller from Scheugenpflug, which communicates with the material feeding unit and manages the dispensing head and the axes system.
A220 / A280 units for feeding high viscous and / or abrasive materials directly from the standard drums. These units have a compact design and feature a patented polypropylene vacuum follower plate, which enables direct, bubble-free feeding of the materials, offering users a significantly simplified and high reliable process.
- A220 unit is the proven solution for paste-like, unfilled material. A reciprocating pump ensures a continuous supply of material, which is pumped during both the downward and upward stroke.
- A280 unit is the solution for highly viscous, abrasive media such as thermal conductive materials. It integrates a proven dual-piston pump, which comes in contact with the material only from one side, while a barrier fluid is on the rear side. This ensures that abrasive fillers do not remain stuck on the seals, thus providing a high service life.
MCP atmospheric plasma unit for cleaning and activation of surfaces.
It is a pre-treatment process that allows an increase of the surface tension and provides the optimum conditions to ensure good adhesion between the surface and the dispensing material.
Each application and each material have some technical requirements.
